At Platinum Federal Credit Union, leadership is not just about titles. It is about service, vision, and the ability to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our members. That difference is made even stronger by the women helping lead our organization forward.
Today, PFCU is proud to have women serving in key leadership roles across our executive team, including our Chief Lending Officer Shaheen Mitha, Chief Financial Officer Becky Hulett, VP of Branch Operations Karima Dayani, and Chief Compliance Officer Meenaz Hooda. Their journeys reflect resilience, growth, and a shared commitment to putting people first.

Growing Leaders Through Opportunity
At PFCU, leadership journeys are shaped by experience, mentorship, and a willingness to grow.
For our CFO Becky Hulett, the foundation of her career has always been rooted in purpose—understanding how financial services can truly change lives.
“The focal point of the financial services offered by credit unions is how those financial services help members meet their financial needs and create a sound financial future.”
Karima’s journey is a testament to what growth looks like when opportunity meets determination. From teller to Vice President of Branch Operations, she built her career step by step within PFCU.
Meenaz carved her path by stepping into the unknown and focusing on growth over recognition, building expertise that would shape her leadership journey.
“Don’t run for the title—run for the work and the knowledge you can gain.”
Shaheen’s career reflects perseverance and confidence, shaped by both challenges and experience across the financial industry.
“You need to keep working and show that you know your worth and your work—then people will listen.”
Leadership That Reflects Our Mission
The work our leaders do every day reaches far beyond the walls of our branches.
Whether it’s helping members achieve financial stability, supporting small business growth, or providing guidance during critical life moments, their impact is deeply rooted in service.
Karima has witnessed that impact firsthand—watching members grow from modest beginnings into thriving entrepreneurs. Meenaz brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to decision-making, while Shaheen emphasizes the strength that comes from diverse perspectives in leadership.
Together, they reflect what makes PFCU different: a commitment to doing what is right for the member, every time.
The Power of Female Leadership
Female leadership at PFCU is not symbolic—it is active, visible, and impactful.
For Becky, representation is a powerful signal of opportunity. Meenaz highlights the shift toward more inclusive and empathetic leadership styles, while Shaheen’s journey underscores the importance of persistence and confidence in breaking barriers.
Their leadership styles may differ, but they share a common thread: leading with purpose and creating space for others to succeed.
Challenges, Growth, and Resilience
Every leadership journey includes challenges—but each of these women has approached them with resilience. From navigating career growth to balancing responsibilities and overcoming industry perceptions, their experiences reflect strength, adaptability, and continuous learning.
At PFCU, those challenges are met with a culture of support—one that encourages individuals to grow, contribute, and lead based on their abilities.
Lifting the Next Generation
A shared commitment among all four leaders is the desire to help others grow—not just within PFCU, but beyond it. For Karima, that commitment is deeply personal, especially when she thinks about the example she is setting for her daughter.
“It’s not going to be easy, but if you stay true to yourself and keep moving forward, you can achieve something meaningful.”
That message reflects what all of our leaders stand for: resilience, authenticity, and the belief that growth is always possible.
What makes PFCU different is not just that women hold leadership roles—it is that they are empowered to lead, grow, and make a difference.
By fostering an inclusive, mission-driven culture, PFCU continues to create opportunities for leaders like Shaheen, Karima, Meenaz, and Becky to thrive.
Because when leadership reflects the people it serves, the entire community benefits.

I truly appreciate PFCU’s commitment to providing leadership opportunities based on merit rather than gender. It is incredibly refreshing to see women in key positions, proving that the bank operates without bias.
With Best Wishes
